I've got a company function to attend that night, and I'm going to miss the season premiere. Does anyone know if they'll be re airing it before next weeks new episode? Or can I watch it on the web?

You should be able to watch it on the web (abc.com). I did that all the time last season. ABC.com posts the shows after 2AM.
