Pretty much what the title say's, when it comes to trying to get studio sound out of my amp, I am completely illiterate. I need your help! I have a Marshall MG100HDFX with a emulated line out. I'm not sure what I need to do, and if I did plug it into my computer would it sound like what I hear through the emulated sound with headphones? Any help would be awesome! Please and Thank you.
Do I plug it into the soundcard, or usb or what?

An emulated line out is safe to plug into your computer. You will want to plug into the "line in" jack, and not the "mic in" jack. The "mic in" jack is boosted, and a strong signal from your amp will distort easily in that case.
Be aware that you may still get a fair bit of noise. The line in jack on stock sound cards aren't that good, and often aren't superb even on good sound cards.
The best way to get very good sound into your computer is to get a USB audio interface. I have a Lexington Alpha, which is pretty cheap and pretty basic, but very functional and has a great signal to noise ratio.
The line in is a good place to start, though, but don't expect a studio sound, not quite yet. And yes, the sound would approximately be the same as what you hear through the headphones.

if you have a line out on your amp and it is not amplified, you can go into the line in on your computer.
if it's amplified you can blow your sound card.
