3 years ago, I got both electric and acoustic guitars for my birthday, i had lessons but because my fingers are small my guitar teacher told me to quit, 5 months ago i picked them up again and taught myself the basics. Like all the easy songs such as happy birthday. In order to do something that I have to do, I really need to learn a pop song really really fast.
Ive been searching on the internet and I've found the song Wounderwall, by Oasis. Im currently playing on tabs not chords, so whenever I search for the songs tabs everywhere is different, I search for chords and they are different where ever I look!!! HELP!
If anyone could possible give me very easy tabs or chords for this song, or if you know any easier songs that I can learn very fast, I'd be very grateful. Also, should I buy a capo?

And yes buy a capo there handy for doing chord stuff like
There are probably easier songs. Most songs are basically 3 chords.
Try Feeling groovy be Simon and Garfunkle
Older U2 songs are pretty easy like Hawkmoon or All I want is you or When love comes to town
Wild Thing by Hendrix is easy chordally
Blues tunes like johnny be good
Something modern would be like Everything will be alright. That song is basically 3 chords.
Capo's help to get a song in a key where you can sing it.
I'd recommend something in the key of D (the main chords are D, G, and A) where you can avoid chords like C and F which are difficult for beginers.
first of all your teacher was wrong to tell you to quit , you could had easily got a smaller guitar to play with they do come in sizes , either way your fingers would had stretched anyway and you would be playing good songs by now too.
i'm not quite sure if this is the right song but "smoke on the water " is an easy one to play plain and simple learned in withing 5 mins, unfortunately i sort of forgot the tablatures to the song..
try going to a local music store that sells guitars , those people know pretty much everything about guitar playing and they have pretty cool books of different ways to understand chords and tabs ,but you would want either a beginner or basics book , try asking the people in the store about it and what type of songs you are looking to play.
i quit playing guitar about 2 year ago.
www.chordie.com has free chords and tabs. All chords for the songs are diagrammed, so if you don't know the chord, it will show you where to put your fingers. For most of them, you can even change the key to one you are more comfortable with.
You should definitely get a capo.
If you want a really easy song to learn, go on youtube and watch a tutorial for the Oasis song "Songbird". It's catchy and really easy to play. It honestly shouldn't take you more than like 1 day to learn it, if that. :)
I have the sheet music / tab scanned and posted as a photo album in photos at my Yahoo
