Ok let me tell you the wholel story :
Ok so there was this guy, ima call him bob, that was really ugly, because he had long hair, and then, he cut his hair... And i thought he was hot . So i went up 2 him and asked 4 his number. He gave it 2 me. Aboutu 4 days later, on a friday nite, i texted him, he texted me bak and we talked tilll like1 30 in the mornin. He told me he liked me and asked me outt, i said idk, bc i dnt no u and stuff. and since then hes been textin me EVERYDAY, leavin me voicemails EVERYDAY. AND HE SO ****** ANOYIN !! i WANT 2 GET RID OF HIM I DNT WWANNA GO OUT WIT HIM, AND I DNT EVEN NOO IF I WANNA B FRIENDS WIT HIM !! I DO I GET RID OF HIM !!???
p.s. I never answered his texts apart from that friday nite ....

Yeah you've already told him your not interested by not talking to him it should be pretty clear, but if he won't stop and it's been over a week since he's heard from you and still persists, send him 1 (only one!) text to simply say your not interested. Don't get into a long dialog with him until after that message has set in or it'll seem like your still interested even though your saying your not.
Sweetie just dump the goon and the best way to do it in my opinion, to get him, text him, "its over!"
Just say sorry I'm not interested!! and maybe try to find another girl to hook him up with so he'll be distracted from u. lol
