I added him on myspace through a mutual friend. We exchanged numbers and he texts me all the time. he flirts a lot on text too. the thing is in person, he cant even look me in the eye. he says hi to me even. I have a class with him and all he does is stares at me. It just makes me wonder why he wont just come up to me and strike up a conversation. I asked him on text, why don't we talk in person... and he said that he likes to talk to people through text, and that he is usually all over the place doing different things.. witch is true to some extent. the thing is we have hung out in person .. one on one and then with friends.. and he is totally fine. but at school it is another.story. I just don't get it. I guess my question is.. what should i do? should i be available every time he texts me>?? or just wait until he comes up and talks to me?? but yeah pretty much our "relationship" is idle until something happens.

the one time we did hang out i kind ahad to initiate it a little. he said he was "free" untill a certain time.. so i took that as an opportunity to ask him.. just as friends.. when we did. i ended up giving him a ride home cause he didn't have his car with him. he invited me in and at the end of the night he gave me a hug and said he had a lot of fun... but now all he seems to do is talk to me on text,, do you have this problem? is he just shy? and if so why wasn't he shy when we hung out??
