So my coach recently moved me up from level 5 to level 7 and my best event has always been bars until these past few weeks where i have been scared to death of my giant... i was wondering if anyone knew any ways to help me get over this fear... it is the only thing holding me back from being a level 7! Please Help!!

I am scared of giants too...I am a level 6 right now. I used to have the same problems except with my flyaway. I know what you are going through, trust me, I was so close to quitting gymnastics because of it! Start on strap bar, and work your way through. After strap bar, just go on the pit bar and have a coach spot you all the way through it. If you are extrememly afraid of letting go of the bar (like me) then ask the coach if they can just bring you down slowly and then do the giant, or you can practice a lot of baby giants. That's what I do and it really helps. One day it will just come to you and you will do it, that's how my "storybook ending" turned out. Hope this helps!
i assume which you mean a pullover. it somewhat is easily abdomen potential which you would be able to desire to paintings directly to be waiting to do those. you may desire to be waiting to get your hips to the bar and to drag your physique over by applying your abdomen muscle mass.
