Hi
I just noticed today I have a receding hairline, I am shocked, I am only 21 and cannot be a genetic issue because my mother and father are not bald! My mother now being 44, no signs of baldness and my father who passed away few years ago at 44 was not bald. I am actually scared this will result in baldness and already I have lost a lot of confidence in myself and now anxious. I eat takeaways everyday, I know this does not help but if it contributes to baldness I will stop. Please help? I have high metabolism and I am 6 foot 11 stones.
Thanks!

Hello,
It is still most likely to be mild early male pattern baldness, in my humble opinion, so long as your scalp is clear? If you are in any doubt you might have scalp ringworm, or rarities like lupus, your doctor will be happy to check it for you, I am sure.
I experienced much the same thing when I was at Uni, some 45 years ago. However, the loss progressed only very slowly, and at age 65 I still have enough to cover the top fairly well.
I should say that I tried both types of anti- male hormone treatment, first the minoxidil ("Regaine") scalp lotion for 10 months, then finasteride tablets for a couple of months. Both, just accelerated the hair loss in my case, and the promised regrowth did not occur for me.
Male pattern baldness only starts after puberty, when your male hormones start up, and if you had been unfortunate enough to have lost your testicles it would never have started, lol (joke only).
Ladies can also get male pattern baldness if they have more than a trace of male hormone (for any reason).
A whole lot of snake-oil exists as paid remedies for male pattern baldness. In my humble opinion, don't waste your money. Only anti- male hormone blockers have any chance of working.
On the other hand, left untouched it may cease for a long time, or only progress extremely slowly, as in my case.
I hope this is of some help.
Best wishes,

There are many methods to make our hair grow faster, shine , glitter in natural ways without using chemicals. Learn here https://bitly.im/aMtvZ Men, and sometimes women, notice that their hair is thinning prematurely for several different reasons. Age, menopause, pregnancy, genetics, illness, and other factors all play a role in hair loss. Sure, you can use drugs or you can go in for a hair transplant or fusion, but sometimes the easiest, most inexpensive solution, is to try to stop hair loss naturally.
Baldness is primarily genetic and can skip several generations only to re-emerge (as has happened in my family). Poor nutrition and a diet high in animal fats can also play a factor:

I would go to a doctor and get it checked out for sure Jim
