Harvest moon animal parade question.?
I am trying to get the blue bell. I have the duck egg, fish and black pearl but paolo id never at the lighthouse!! Its winter and always cloudy and breezy so why doesnt he ever fo to the lighthouse? Does he not go during the winter?

There are some things you need to do before you can meet Paolo.
First, unlock the green bell "quest" by going upstairs in the windmill on Horn Ranch. Go to Fugue Forest to try and open the gate (it'll be locked), go back to Horn Ranch and talk to Hanna. Return to the forest entrance. Once you find out about the key from Cain, go to Dale at the Garmon Mine carpentry shop. Go back to the forest (with you axe, if you don't have it in your bag). Go through the whole thing (don't worry, it's only 12 screens, and if you find a rock/tree stump/tree you don't want to chop in front of the path to the next area, just go back an area). Go inside of the Witch's house at the end of the forest. Since she's not there, go back to Harmonica Town to talk to the Wizard. Now go to the Fishery to talk to Ozzie. After that, Paolo should be in the Lighthouse.
