harvest moon animal parade; red bell quest, no cut scene...?
i found the bell frame and i did that cut scene. then i went to the harvest goddess and told her about the red bell frame. then i went and talked to ramsey finally did that cut scene. now i cannot do the cut scene with clohe or bo :T is it bc its raining. i walk past and i talked to everyone but no luck with the cut scene. heeelp asap

It has to be sunny and during the day. It also can't be a festival. So if it is raining that is a problem.
I had the equal concern as you. Simply choose in the future and shop the night time earlier than. Go to the mines and should you dont get the gold, reload ur game. So now you dont waste any more sport days. And dont seem best on 7-10. Try the entire flooring
