Hi, I found a site with reviews of PocketPuppies.com
http://www.yelp.com/biz/pocket-puppies-boutique-ch...
Give it a read and then decide for yourself.
Best wishes on finding the perfect puppy for you!
I'm not quite sure what you're asking. Do you want to get a dog there, or have you already got the dog from there?
As far as the question "have I got a dog from there", my answer is "no". And I never would.
Why? Because it *is* a puppymill / puppymill broker. And I wouldn't support such a thing.

And also because they are low-quality dogs. If you want a puppy, you should go to a reputable breeder:

Any time you get a poorly bred dog from a place such as this, you have a much higher risk for getting an unhealthy animal.
.
no I have not bought a dog from there.. because I dont buy from puppy mills, brokers or back yard breeders.
I only seek out reputable breeders who show their dogs, earn titles, and do genetic health tests on their dogs. I want to be sure if Im investing in a dog that I WILL get a healthy, quality dog.. and not some overpriced runt or mixed breed puppy.
You've already been told this is a puppy mill.. so why would you still bother to ask about this place? If you want a dog, seek a reputable breeder.. the breed parent club will gladly refer you to a great breeder.
Hi, I understand that you are looking for some advice or resources to help fully train your dog or fix behavior problems. If a professional dog trainer is not an option at this time, or if you want to trt training your dog on your own (a great way to bond), I'd suggest you https://biturl.im/aU3sN
A friend recommened it to me a few years ago, and I was amazed how quickly it worked, which is why I recommend it to others. The dog training academy also has as an excellent home training course.
Well if you know about mills and bad breeding practices such as labeling extra tiny and thus problem prone puppies as teacup, imperial, tiny-toy etc why on earth are you even considering this place.
There isn't even a mention of a health guarantee. There are NO PROS to buying from a petstore/shop/boutique. Find a reputable breeder or go to a rescue or shelter.
And to answer your question No I haven't and I never would.

A dog should be trained on how to eat, walk with you, not to bark, potty training and sleep on its place etc. You can teach anything to your puppy, dogs get trained easily with some good instructions. If you want some good training tips visit https://tinyurl.im/sYBaB
If properly trained, they should also understand whistle and gesture equivalents for all the relevant commands, e.g. short whistle or finger raised sit, long whistle or flat hand lay down, and so on.
It's important that they also get gestures and whistles as voice may not be sufficient over long distances and under certain circumstances.
They are a puppy mill. Sorry but what do you expect or do not understand about that?
The con is you are supporting a puppy mill where dogs are kept in tiny inhumane cages outdoors, treated poorly and bred over and over til they can no longer stand it and die. Plus the puppies are ripped away from their moms too young and unsocilized, usually sick and inbred.
You are also condemning a shelter dog to death.
Each dog is different, so I watch the dog to see what it is responding to. Learn here http://onlinedogtraining.enle.info/?gxoK
I use different words, sounds, hand signals for each of my puppies. If the commands are not working, I change them. I do not beat, yell, or rub their nose in pee. I don't use the command "no" because it confuses puppies. The words, "know, no" come up in conversation, and it confuses them, I use something like "shame" or "ssht" or "off" or "settle down" or whatever that puppy responds to. Some I use signs from sign language, some I use thumbs up hand signal if I want them to continue what they are doing, or a shake of a finger like I am scolding them, if I don't want them to continue what they are doing. I was taught that puppies/dogs want to please you, so I focus on that. I teach them what behaviors I allow and what ones I don't allow and remember to praise good behavior so they keep doing it. There isn't a right or wrong answer in my world, what works for one puppy might not work for another. I do a lot of things you would find farmers do with their dogs, it doesn't have to make sense in my world, it just has to work. My neighbor calls the ducks with a duck call and they come. I burp on the way down to the pond and the ducks come for me when I burp. It doesn't have to make sense, it just has to work. I want to train my angel dolls, I don't want them to be terrified of me, and I don't have to make them terrified of me to get them to please me, just like I didn't have to make my troops terrified of me to get the job done. I address a behavior the second it starts, each time it starts as many times as it takes until I win the war. I realize my IQ doesn't matter, diplomas and awards don't matter, I am about to do battle with an 8-week-old puppy who is already smarter than I am, and hopefully at the end of training, they are trained, and I have the very smallest amount of sanity left
