So today at mma. I was grappling with a wrestler and you know they slam a lot. Boom. I got slammed on the side of my head. (they have mats at the gym though), and I recently have a concussion 2 weeks ago. I'm not feeling nausea or any signs but a headache. But I went into mma with a headache and it hasn't gotten any worse. Now my neck hurts. i have no headache and i dont think i took that bad of a fall to the mats. And i think i ****** my neck up.

A few things:
First, did your doctor clear you to go back after your concussion? Or--what advice were you given about how long before you could.
Second, wrestlers don't slam a lot. In fact that's discouraged. Slamming is OK in MMA, but not in real wrestling or BJJ (or grappling).
I suspect you twisted your neck. Kind of like whiplash. Still, stop practicing for a while, or at least tell your instructor and the others to be careful with your head and neck area.
If you keep having symptoms, go back to your doctor.
Go see a doctor just because of the fact that you have had a concussion 2 weeks ago. I hope you were cleared by the doctor after your concussion before you went to training. More frequent headaches after a concussion are not unusual and a sign that not everything is 100% OK quite yet. You should have taken that into account before you went training.
You probably just landed the wrong way and have a small sprain. Always refer to R.I.C.E. with almost any joint/muscle injury. Rest, ice, compression, elevation. Once it's all fine and dandy, you should do muscle workouts for your neck. Get in a push up position and put your head on the may with a little weight on it. Then rotate your head around side to side, front and back, and in circles. Don't do it to the point of it being so sore you can't move, but eventually your neck will get stronger. AND you'll have a better chance of taking a punch an not getting knocked out if you see the punch coming and tighten your neck up.
Is there a question here
You should see a doctor when you have any head trama, before you make it worst. Training with a head trama is not smart. People die from multiple head tramas in short time frames
Take one of those pre-concussion, post-concussion tests in the event of future head trama.
Okay you continue to have a risk. I had stepped on the facet of my kittens face and he bled like that. What you have to do is make certain you stop the bleeding. Are trying getting him to suck milk for definite.Should you think he's in anguish and cannot have the funds for a vet or they say they can not do anything (Which is what they said to me) take a dropper, and put teenagers motrin in it (with a drop of water so its to not thick) and drop just a few drops within the kittens mouth. Please display the kitten regularly. Please inform me how it goes.
So what's the question?
