I don't think the bloody nose has anything to do with losing your mucous plug, it's probably just a coincidence.
Bloody noses are common in pregnancy, because you have 50% more blood volume, along with increased fluid retention and swelling, which cause the already fragile vessles in your sinus to be more likley to break open and bleed.

I have had bloody noses throughout my whole pregnancy. You are probably just dehydrated. You need to drink lots of water!
Nose bleeds are normal though out your pregnantcy as for your plug it could still be days/weeks until you go into labor
Go to the doctor that's what their for :)
