Take her aside, look her directly in the face, ask her straight out. She wouldn't expect it from you so you will most likely know if shes lying or not, she may however tell you the truth as it's face to face and unexpected she has no time to make up something.

If your not comfortable with doing that another option would be just ignore her back, show her no interest whatsoever, your obviously to good for her if shes one who enjoys 'playing the game', show her that you know how to play it too!
