k. so i am 13 years old. i am 5'3 and i weigh round 110. now i know i am at a some what healthy weight but its my first year of high school and i want to look good and healthy. i already play competitive soccer an have been going to high school conditioning. i pick one day of rest and then run on the others. but it seems like i have been gaining weight this whole summer and i think its muscle but my little tummy weight hasn't gone anywhere and it looks weird because u can see the bottom of my rib cage ugh its so annoying

Unfortunately, as always, there are no quick fix ways to lose weight. Lets say there are no "healthy" ways to lose weight fast. Your body has gained fat gradually over the years and it will take some time to lose it. Ideally losing more than 5% of your body weight every month is not healthy.
For example, if you currently weight 90Kgs and want to get to 70. Losing 5% every month, you should be there in approximately 6 months. The first month, you plan to lose 4.5 Kgs, the next month you plan for another cut of 4.2 Kgs and so on.

For a start dont go to the site in the first answer. Second you are probably just gaining muscle from all the running you do. chill out :)
Be patient it takes time..maybe u should try some other exercise also..btw i think ur weight is fine..ur growing..
