What are the slope and the y-intercept of the graph Ax+By=C?
(this is for standard form)
slope and y- intercept can not be determined by only looking at standard form.
change the equation into point slope ( y=mx + b)
(y intercept= b
slope= m)
The generic formula is y=mx+b where m is slope and b is y-intercept therefore in your formula get y on its own and your slope will be A/B and y intercept is -C/B
