I have seen such things, but as to how good the photo quality is, well, that is another matter. I don't remember where I saw them, but you can try looking up "spy cameras" or "discreet cameras" or "hidden cameras" on Google and you may get some hits. I have also seen a camera made into a belt buckle and also in the tip of an ink pen. Either of those would probably work better than the glasses camera.

The only problem is that is has a small field of view and you have to practice getting good shots, so far I have been missing things. I clip it to my shirt pocket with a flat piece of stiff plastic in the pocket to keep it from sagging. No one seems to notice it's there or what it is.
