Okay it's that time in life, it's time to think about college!
I know it's best to have a great list of extracurricular activities on a college app when applying for college.
I'm currently going in for my junior year, and I know this year is going to be stressing.
I signed up for a bunch of things before summer, but now I'm hesitating on what I should do.
Just thinking about it already makes me sooo stressed.
I signed up for the College Now program and Science Olympiad
I also have 3 AP classes (English, US History, and Chem)
I seriously don't know if I can handle it and I seriously don't want to kill myself.
I don't know what to do, and I don't know how hard it's going to be since I haven't experienced it.
I also have Language School and Skating on each day of the weekend. (I don't want a academic suicidal year)
Should I take it all in and be determined to finish what I started or should I let something go?

Are you one of the top 1%? It is not hard to get into college just on grades. The people looking at your application will spend only a few seconds on your extra activities. If you want to go to a state school, good grades will do it. If your heart is set on an expensive private school, money will do more for you. Don't over extend yourself. When you get to college, your studies will be the most important thing, and socializing will follow, not extra activities.
You should at least give it a try. Three AP classes isn't that much, and you should definitely be able to handle it as long as you stay focused and don't get behind on your work. If it ends up being too much to handle, you can always drop an extracurricular activity.
