It's a 4 stroke scooter. It only needs fuel for running. However, I assume it also needs the oil changing once a year or every so many miles. In this case, it will probably be 10W40 motorcycle oil, but you'll have to check the manual for the specific required oil as some use gear and transmission oil (80W90 etc). Where it goes, look around the CVT cover next to the rear wheel (Opposite side of exhaust system). You might find a cap that you can twist, pull off and then you fill it up in their. Some scooters also have the oil cap the other side, by the fan / exhaust system. A manual will show you how to do it.

As Dan states it is a 4 stroke so looking under the seat for a separate oil tank will not be any good.
You need the manual.
Look at http://campaigns.hondampe.com.au/Motorcycles/manua...
Page 22 will show you where and how to check the oil.
Page 71 will tell you what oil is required.
I would suggest a daily check of the oil on a 4 stroke is a bit OTT unless there is apatch of oil under the bike.
A weekly check would suffice.
