I got to meet him once, all with the intention of asking him a question about monetary policy. I was close enough to shake his hand, but asking him a question, little alone one where you can actually have an in depth conversation about it, is down right impossible. The massive amount of supporters this man has and his busy schedule doesn't provide him with enough time to ask him in person. You're better off trying to email him through his congressional website.
