ummm....if you want, going vegetarian or vegan helps lots. otherwise, heres a meal plan:
breakfast: fruit and juice with maybe some yogurt; 2 slices of whole wheat bread with lite cream cheese (no butter); whole grain cereal (special k is great) with 1/2 cup of fat free milk; an omlet with 2 eggs but take out 1 of the yolks because that has almost all of the calories with a slice of whole wheat toast and a cup of fat free milk or some juice; granola; oatmeal; banana and strawberries with reduced fat sour cream and a little bit of sugar; or some fruit and cereal.
lunch or dinner: lean chicken or fish with GRILLED veggies; some asparagus, broccolli with cheese on top and some salad; 2 slices of whole wheat bread with some fat free meat and mustard and tomato with NO mayonaise; grilled chicken in a whole wheat bread; a salad; some whole wheat pasta with a nonfat topping; some beans and veggies with a fish; or some veggies with lite ranch, tahini, or humus and fish.
snack: fruit; celery with peanut butter; veggies; nuts; grains
dont eat past 6 pm
try to cut out red meat
being a vegetarian makes you feel great and you have more energy and i was always super skinny and it made melose like, 5 lbs without even trying but i was already way too underweight. (im 5'6 and 96lbs, haha!)try to base your diet on mostly fruits, veggies and grains. excersize for at least 1 hour 4+ days out of the week. dont eat over 1500 calories a day. and if you really need to eat at night, only eat fruits. dont eat red meat cuz it makes your arteries clogged and it stores the fat so you weigh more than you should. if you want i could email you, ill try every day. good luck!
depends.... i mean, how active are you in general ? where you already over weight before you put on this weight from the summer?
bottom line.
30 mins of cardio a day every day... 3 -4 days a week some kind of resistance weight training is highly recommended... *for everyone, not just you.. *
drink lots of water... breakfast is your biggest meal of the day... 2 hours later have a snack, another two hours later eat lunch.. then 2 hrs a snack, 2 more then dinner, and a very light snack 3 in a half to 4 hours before bed......
having one of your meals like lunch for example being a liquid meal would for sure help in shedding weight...
* don't eat out.... pigging out at home is less lethal that pigging out via drive through or other source outside of your own kitchen...
most importantly, just go and be active ...

Other than tai bo or jogging for 1/2 hour 5 times a week. You ought to stop drinking soda pop. The carbonated water in the drinks with the sugar can pack on pounds. Good luck!

If you are planning on losing a bit of weight, you have to remember to do it healthily! Don't starve yourself-- it will only cause you more troubles in the long run. For a first step, eliminate foods with empty calories AKA junk foods; sodas, chips, candy, cake, cookies, etc. But be sure to treat yourself at least a few times a week. Everything is ok in moderation. It is ok to have a slice of cake, but it wouldn't be ok to eat the whole darn cake in one sitting! Don't deprive yourself. It is also best to eat 5-6 smaller meals every 2-3 hours. Here is an example of a healthy meal plan:
Breakfast
-cup whole grain cereal with skim milk
-fruit
-cofee or tea
Midmorning snack
-handful of almonds
Lunch
-turkey/cheese sandwich on whole grain bread with lettuce tomato, and a little mustard or lite mayo
-apple
-low-fat yogurt
Afternoon Snack
-Veggies and hummus
Dinner
-4 oz grilled chicken breast
-1 cup steamed veggies
-1/2 cup whole grain rice or noodles
-milk
Snack
-low-fat pudding
And remember to drink plenty of water! Try to get at least 30 min of physical activity a day, whether that be running on the treadmill, walking your dog, or going for a bike ride with friends. just make it fun!

you should try weight watchers I lost 12 pounds in my first week of it and 2-4 pounds a week after that
