i am soooooooo soo fat; and i have no self confidence any more.
i wanna lose like 30 lbs hopefully.
1. What kind of foods should I eat?
2. What kind of exercises should I do? (I dont like sports.) (I amm really busy so quick ones)
3. Will it take long for me to lose weight?

- take balanced diet
- take 5 meals in the day
- add fruits and vegetables in your meals
- zip your lips for fried and fast foods
- avoid colas and sweets
- drink more water and fresh juice

First of all, 145 lbs at 5'3'' isn't soooo fat lol. You're really not in too bad of shape. My recommendation, though, would be to cut down on anything sugary (soda, candy, desert, etc.) and also to eat less carbs (bread, pasta, rice, cereal, etc.) Even whole grains, while healthier overall, are not good for losing weight. Instead, base your diet around vegetables, fruits, and protein (meat, poultry, fish, eggs, nuts, beans, etc.)
I did this starting a little over a year ago and the results were really surprisingly good. I was around 170 -- 175 at my heaviest and I'm currently 122. You definitely don't have to completely avoid carbs and sugar (I sure never could lol) but don't make them a huge part of your everyday eating and it will really have a big impact.
As for exercise, I love walking and, when I get a chance, playing tennis with my boyfriend. If you don't have much time though, maybe getting some exercise dvds that you can do in your room when you have a free half hour or so would be good. I have this one called "Walk Away the Pounds" that is pretty good and very simple and easy.
You're 13 years old and I can appreciate the fact that you want to loose 15 pounds. You need to eat sensibly, double down on your vegetables, eat protein (meat), fruit, salads with very little dressing, eat small meals 4 or 5 time a day, and start walking, it's only 15 pounds. Cut out all junk food, sugars, and of course sodas and chocolate. Give yourself a break, I know everyone wants to be thin, but, your health is more important. Just try it, you will see the weight will fall off. Good luck.
1. You can eat any food you like to lose fat as long as it's not processed.
2. Do some running for at least 20-30 minutes a day for at least 4-5 times a week.
3. You should feel and notice something about your body after 4 weeks.

1. Eat fruit like watermellon and such because fruits are fat burning food.
eat a lot of protein. Don't eat food with white flour like rice or bread. Because it contain a lot of simple cards and will go into your bloodsteam quick and will turn into fat.
2. Do 50 jumping jacks a day. Do 50 in the morning, 50 in the afternoon, 50 at night. Run for at least 5 minutes a day. When you do fitness stuff like running or playing a game, use all your energy. Yu won't burn fat until you exhausted your self.
I hope this hope because it did for me.
One thing I can recommend is to eat dark chocolate, 70% cocoa or above. It has hardly any sugar and contains lot's of antioxidants and as much as it does contain fat two thirds of the fats in chocolate are harmless, it's the sugar that does the damage. I've also heard that dark chocolate can help with weight loss but I'm not sure of the reasons behind this, probably the reduced amount of sugar. I only eat dark chocolate now and I love it. You don't have to feel so bad after you eat it. Sorry this is a bit of track but might help a bit.
i might attempt this workout. on the comparable time you would be gaining muscule and burning fat. So its amazing. WHAT you will want: 2 5 pounds weights. * capacity one 5 pound weight in each and each hand. in case you do not have 2 5 pound weights attempt applying water bottles crammed with water. workout: Stretch *20 Bench Press x3 20 squats x3 *20 element arm lifts x3 20 crunches x3 20 push-united statesx3 *20 lunges x3 20 leg lifts x3 walk for 30 minutes Stretch Stretching earlier your workout permits you to no longer pull a muscule for the time of your workout. Stretching after your workout helps you no longer be AS sore later on. i attempt to try this popular, yet i'm beneficial you may get effects doing this in basic terms 2-4 days a week. I recomend popular. devour 1500 energy an afternoon and drink 8 glasses of water each and every day. you will shed some pounds and tone up! i've got lost 6 pounds and that i've got in basic terms been doing it for a week! you're able to do it! i understand you may! you would be sore. and it will harm yet you're able to do it. don't be scared to characteristic greater excercises of greater reps. wish this works for you!
