I'm 16 and EXTREMELY insecure about my body. I'm 5"2' and about 135-140lbs. I want to be thinner by summer, but not too thin. The chubbier part of my body is my love handles and thighs. Help, please.
Work on eating more fruits and vegetables. Cut out processed foods like chips, crackers, etc. Definitely cut out sodas. Do some exercising: crunches, jumping jacks, even walking. Do not be overly concerned with losing weight FAST (which is usually unhealthy and gained back), be concerned with losing weight healthily and keeping your body healthy by the foods you eat, which will keep it at a healthy weight. Your body is like a machine and it needs the right foods to run properly.

the only thing you can really do is workout, and eat right. cut out bad food, and sodas. drink all water, or green tea. For me, i started to notice results from running an hour on a treadmill everyday, doing Zumba flat abs, and Jillian michaels 30 day shred. I did all that everyday, and I lost like 4 pounds in a week and a half

Avoid late night eating Because your metabolism slows down when you sleep
Cut off your left leg
you might do better to replace an occasional dinner with a nice roll in the hay
take a brisk walk before lunch or dinner

lay off the kfc cut on the chips. dont drink sweet stuff.
skipping meals can cause your body to go into a fat storing starvation mode making it harder to burn calories
go to the sportschool, it will help so much. dont give up
