I think youre weight sounds fine. But if you want to shape up really fast I suggest running. Try to run 1.5-2 miles a day...you will shape up in no time. And the best part is that you should eat when doing this!
blah blah blah losing too fast IS bad for you...but that's irrelevant because ya didn't put it on overnight so it's not coming off overnight...and remember, the more quickly you lose it the more likely it is to return (and bring company).
Eat right (cut out junk foods, sweets, sodas, etc) and exercise at least 5 days a week for an hour a day. Also drinks lots of water to flush out your body, and if you drink a glass before mealtime, it'll help you feel more full and thus eat less. It's that easy.
You should be able to lose 2 or 3 lbs a week in a healthy manner, and thus in a month have your 10 lbs gone.

I would get some Whey Protein powder from a health food store or a local gym, and substitute a hi protein shake and maybe a high protein energy bar for 2 meals/day.
I would also eat a really wonderful salad everyday and some fish or chicken.
But you also have to move your butt to burn calories and improve your metabolism. Do you have a YMCA where you can pay by the day to use gym equipment?
Can you afford a gym? Do you like to run, walk, skip rope, bicycle ride? Cause you've got to do something.

ur actually very good for ur height. i weigh more than that and i look fine but i also lost 10 pounds in less then 2 weeks. and the way i did it is by biking or walkin or runnin and i hardly ate anything only if i was really hungry i would eat a small low fat thing. im still on the diet wish me luck and i wish u luck.

Try the Atkins diet. The two week induction plan takes weight off fast and without being hungry. It works for a quick weight loss.

go run every morning or evening for about an hour.
Drink lots of smooties and eat soups....
....and loosing 10 pounds really fast IS BAD for you but if you don't wanna hear us out that's your problem not ours.
