How can I lose 10 pounds?

I'm not fat (around 125 pounds) and I am a fairly active person. When I'm in season for high school sports, I work out for 2 hours everyday (fall and spring), and in the winter and summer, I workout 3-4 times a week for around an hour and a half. How can I lose ten pounds or so if I'm already exercising this much? I have not had a pop in several months (I used to have one a week) and have resorted to eating 3 small fun sized pieces of chocolate a week (as opposed to full sized candy cars) just to satisfy my cravings. I feel like it's just extremely hard for me to lose weight.
