Instead of cream in your coffee, try milk. If you use whole or 2% milk, try skim or 1%. If you give yourself dessert, try to cut back on it to once in a while. Play DDRE2 for enough time to burn 2,000 calories. This should take approx. 2 1/2 hours. Go to workout mode and choose "Create new user. Then select your weight, and set the amount of calories you want to burn. I like 1,000 a day, but you can do whatever you like

How can anyone loose 100 pounds fast???
Think of how long it took to put it on. Impossible.
to lose 100 pounds it would take months of exercising and eating fruit and stuff. but the fastest way would be surgery. hope i helped ( :
