This is not going to be the best healthy answer but you can loose weight fast >> try eating 500-600 calories, you could loose as much as 1 - 3 pounds a week or even more depending on how much you weigh. i strongly suggest not doing it this way but. it works just not in a healthy way. Also you must burn more calories then you consume to see weight loss. Hope this helped somewhat :) xxxxx
not enough information, it all depends on what kind of shape you are in now, how consistent you are with it, and how hard you work at it.
Jog 2 miles every other day doesn't sound too encouraging. You can start with that but after a while doing the same thing over and over will do you no good. You'll have to start going 3 and then 4 or more miles and picking up the pace.
Honestly if you want to speed it up, eat 1800-2000 calories of HEALTHY food and do HIT / interval training or run fartleks and run hard! If you wanna jog your gonna lose weight at a jogging pace.
i say drink like 4bottles of water per day. eat snacks throughout the day so you just dont have 1 big meal. eat lots of veggies, and fruits. and eventually move ur jog up. i say everyweek add 1/2 a mile. thats what i did for 1week and i lost about 7pounds.

Even a slim diet is no substitute for hard work.
1200 A day causes you to lose 1-2 pounds a week if you walk and avoid junk food :)

Drink lots of water, but if you are a teen, you need over 1200 for your body to function properly.
just eat a lot of small, healthy snacks throughout the day and exercise and get 8+ hours of sleep
