Run 4 miles everyday at 7 minute a mile pace.its gonna be tough but rewarding.i did that for 12 days and lost 15 pounds without decreasing my diet intake at all

BUT if you still want to lose weight....
You can do 20 situps, 10 pushups, and 25 jumping jacks everyday. Thats what i do,

Eat healthy (balanced diet), cut out fast food and junk food, and 30 mins of cardio per day.
If you lose 20 pounds you will be underweight. So forget about it.
