Access to the pool outside of swim practice.I have very intense workouts in gym class. I eat a lot. Most of it's heathly stuff, some not, but I eat when I'm bored :/ what are some exercises and diet plans that I should use? When should I eat and how much should I eat?

The fact that you are so active, the road to weight loss won't be so hard for you.
Firstly, don't starve yourself otherwise all you'll lose is fluid.
The fastest way to lose proper fat is to eliminate sugar and fast food, cakes, biscuits etc.
Try eating smaller amounts of meat and larger amounts of fruits and vegetables.
