That doesn't make sense you want to goes from 37 - 29 that's loosing 8 pounds...and that seem impossible for a week unless you starve yourself + take all the dump you needed...but you could try by eat rice with soysauce 3 meal with 30-60 minutes exercise I hope this help
okay, to get into shape , speed up your metabolism, rid yourself of excess fat and lose weight ,,,,,do as follows:
Stop drinking & smoking (if you do this regularly)
eat fruits & vegetables all you can (buy a food/rice steamer to make it easy on you)...(vegetables might not seem "tasty", like junk foods,, but can be as you aquire your taste to them..and are loaded with energy and nutrients)...avoid all junk food, cokes, sweets, etc...and drink water . If you eat meat ,,use only steamed, baking or grilled methods for preparing fish or chicken.
also, do an hour of walking each day at least. or some type of excercise.

It's literally impossible to lose 6 kilos in a week.
Losing 6 kilos would take at least 2 months or less, depends on how hard you work.
1: Eat healthy
2: Do some exercises
3: Start jogging
4: Avoid Sugared and oily foods,

Go to bed early and get up early so you can have breakfast before your daily routine begins.
Eat lunch; make it the meal of the day.
Stop eating after the sunset. Going to bed early keeps you from late night snacking.
Cinnamon on yogurt is good for breakfast. If water is too boring for you, drink green tea.
Exercise lightly; it is not worth it if it makes you too hungry; tired.
