How can I lose 30-35 pounds?

I am 5'6 and I weigh about 152 i think. I feel like a fat cow. (If you don't think so, don't go and call me vein or anything)I want to drop 30 or 35 pounds. HOW?! I can't get a bunch of fruits and veggies because, where I live, it's too damn expensive. HELP!! I am in high school and I wanted to flatten out because I might to cheerleading next year. I want to feel and LOOK healthy.

Update:

I didn't say I eat all the time you retard. It's hard to lose weight. I eat a normal amount of food but, it's hard to burn off some of the calories from it.
