I'm 5'5", 160 pounds, and 13 years old. Please please don't tell me that i don't to lose weight, i think i do. If you suggest atkins, can you tell me what a simple menu could be? Can you also tell me how long it will take? I am soon going to start dancing for an hour, maybe more, 5-6 times a week. Thank you!

Eat 1500 calories a day, However eat 5 times a day every three hours. So 300 calories at each meal. This will lead to your stomach always digesting and working. It reduces binges and speed up your metabolism.
Nutrition: Avoid Animal fats, Red meat, high fructose Corn syrup.
Eat a lot of Veggies, proteins, and lesser amounts of carbs.

Get your left hand, Grab as much fat on your stomach as possible, the get a knife and cut it off. Jkjk the only way your going to lose a lot of fat is cardio workouts and dieting. So your going to have to run more often and eat less and healthier, bottem line. Also, you may find it extremely difficult to lose weight as fast as others because you are only 160 pounds. The closer you get to your natural weight the harder it will be to continue to lose weight so the most important thing to remember is dont give up!
Stay active. Join a sport at school or during the summer so you have to go to practice and be active. Swimming is the best cardio exercise ever. You'll drop 10 pounds or more in a month. If you can't do that, try color guard or something. Eat a salad before every meal, so you don't eat as much.

you're never too young to lose weight, as long as you do it in A HEALTHY WAY, please don't obsess over it.. it takes dedication and patience, you'll be happy once you feel great and get excited to workout. eat healthy look u delicious healthy recipes online and show them to someone in your household, drink water 99% of the time, and exercise!! eating healthy is not that bad instead of eating a fast food burger make a burger at home with wheat bread and turkey. instead of ordering pizza make your own pizza with thin crust and veggies. the little changes make a BIG difference!! if you need advice message me..
