You're actually underweight for your height right now, why would you want to loose 30 pounds thats not healthy for you. Maybe you should try working out and toning your body instead of droping weight.

If you are 5' 10" and 130 lbs. you don't need to lose weight. 100 lbs would be fine if you were 5' 2". Don't try losing any weight.
