I have been doing the South Beach diet. No carbs for two weeks just protein and vegetables. And then after that I started only eating whole grains. I also walk about 2 miles every day for at least an hour and I'm getting further and further. In two weeks I have lost almost 20 pounds. I'm hoping to lose at least 30 by the end of the month. This isn't the healthiest solution possible, but it worked best for me. Most nights I tried replacing dinner with a bottle of water and going to bed early. I lost 10 pounds in about a month. Again, NOT the healthiest option but it worked a lot better than any exercise plan I tried. Oprah says don't eat after 7:30pm but, well, that's Oprah.
I'd been for a good way to lose some weight and add muscle for a little while. Of course there were tons of sites out there claiming to have all the secrets. Then I found http://www.fitness-work.com/
I can tell you it worked for me!
I think the site is more for men, but I'm sure we all have the same muscle groups, and what works for men should work for women...
