How are you counting the calories that you burn and consume. Through the elliptical calorie counter I have found it is one of the most inaccurate machines I have used. Honestly, you probably are not burning more calories than you consume. How long are you exercising on the elliptical? And you may not be cutting your calories you eat enough or cutting them down too much and your body may be going into starvation mode
Because the machine isn't accurate. It just gives an estimate. Everyone is person specific. It could be off as much as 150 kcal per session (assuming a 30 min session). Also, you have to be VERY careful with kcal counting as most FDA regulations on the box are not specific. Also pay attention to how many fat kcal you are taking in. Fat only burns with beta oxidase processes, or slow and steady physical activities such as a long slow jog.

10) Avoid drink tea or coffee.It has cafin that affect the digestion of our food.Green tea is very good.
11) Change your lifestyle for life.

exercises at least 20 minutes everyday. you just lose water for the first 20 minutes. after 20 minutes, your body starts burning fat.
run 10 minutes eliptical 10 minutes bicycle `10minute
everyday in the morning or evening walk
