I am 16 years old, 5ft 7.5, and 170 pounds. I recently lost 94 pounds, starting from 264 and i really want to wear a bikini. As time goes by and as i lose more weight, it gets harder and harder to lose pounds. if there are any diet plans that actually work and things to do at the gym that would be great. dont be snotty and say "excersize more and eat less" or "excersize more calories than you eat" cause i already know that stuff.

wow, good on you for losing that much! especially at 16!
it's going to get harder to lose weight as you get smaller, obviously. Keep doing what you're doing, going on any fad diets is just going to make you gain all that weight back. Do alot of cardio at the gym, increase the intensity and time by small increments each week.
kudos to the weight loss.i have read it in an article the more you are overweight the more you lose weight.. why don't you go to a dietician? it really helps.my sister is currently seeing a dietician. what exactly have you done to lose so much weight?
