you should add a small workout like 30 minutes in the morning, and your night one should be atleast a full hour. keep your portions of meals to one serving each, dont overload on fruits on snacks get the recommended servings you need in one day. also try for one snack a day eat a few stalks of celery you burn more calories chewing on it than eating it. limit you breads and others high in carbs.
But i do need to say that you are only 14 years old you shouldnt need to worry about your body image when you are that young, a lot of times you do gain that extra weight right before you hit another growth spurt and it will balance the weight out. Also try going out for some sports that way you are exercising and having fun with friends.
Okay, anyone can lose weight but if you don't make it a life style it will all come back plus some. The excercise should consist of at least 30 min a day of aerobic excercise, walking, jogging, dancing ect. non stop aerobic excercise. Then 2-3 days a week strength training each muscle group, push ups, squats, lunges, sit ups, bench press, ect. I don't know what type of a diet you are eating but you need to eat plenty of vegatables cooked or raw, fruit ( fresh is better,) lean meats ( no hardees, mcdonalds or greasy foods) Fresh foods the best, no processed foods ( food that comes in a box or can) a healthy plan would include a small treat once or twice a week. look up label reading on the net and learn what is a serving size. Eat in moderation 5-6 sm. meals a day are better than 3 large meals because the smaller meals will use more energy to burn off the fat ( increasing metabolism) big meals slow down metabolism and will convert to fat that is stored and will not get burned off as quickly. Don't starve yourself as your body is developing and needs the calories to continue to develop if you don't eat right you will also starve your muscles making you look flabby when you do lose weight. Most imp. tip, measure yourself, look at your inches not the weight in pounds. You are loosing weight when the inches go down and that happens usually before you see the weight come off the scale, so loose the scale and measure yourself weekly. You will not only succeed in loosing weight you will feel so much better. If you have a weakness like chocolate or donuts remove this until you get adjusted to excercise and eating more healthy then slowly add them once in awhile in your plan. also drink 6-8 glasses of water a day 8 ounces of water in a glass. Hunger and thirst feels the same so when you think you are really hungry drink an 8 ounce glass of water, if you still feel hungry then you need to eat. When you feel thirsty you are dehyderated and a person should never feel thirsty. Stay away from pop even diet, there is not any nutritional value in it. Caffeine can also dehydrate the body, I am sorry this is lengthy but if I don't take the time to explain then I have not done my job well. I really hope this helps. Good Luck
There is Calorie calculator in the internet. For your age and height, sex and life style this will vary.
you have said small lunch - medium dinner like that. these are qualitative terms. use a chart and find the daily calorie intake. compare your intake and requirement. if your intake is more than the requirement, naturally, there is a possibility for weight gain. your exercise is likely to burn around 400 calories.
your diet plan is good and it is enough and there is no need to modify it.
refer www.steadyhealth.com - it is a calorie calculator.
Apart from sustaining life, water also does other surprising things. One of these is to help you lose weight.
Here are five reasons how water can contribute to cutting excess weight. Water:
1. Reduces chances of over eating: If you drink the recommended 1.5 – 2 litres of water and you are also having juices, fruit and salad vegetables ( which are rich in water content), you won’t overeat.
2. Helps fat metabolise more efficiently. Kidneys need a good supply of water to function efficiently. Otherwise they will need the help of the liver, whose main function is to metabolise fat. If the liver has to help with the kidneys’ work, then it cannot optimise its own function: to metabolise fat. Water keeps the kidneys and the liver functioning efficiently.
3. Prevents the body getting fooled and fat: The human body can balance the water available to a certain extent. When water intake is not sufficient, it stores the water between the cells and makes you look bloated.
4. Keeps out the caffeine/sugars: If you are drinking enough water you will be consuming less of sugared drinks and again, giving you less chance of putting on the extra pound.
5. Gives a psychological advantage: You will be healthier. Water helps the skin feel more elastic. It looks fresh and healthy. Natural good looks and health make for a more positive attitude, which takes your mind away from binge eating and drinking which can often be the reason for excess weight gain.
WOW, you are doing way too much-you sure might lose 40 pounds, but will you be able to do that routine year after year, and enjoy it?? I doubt it!! Keep it simple, drink plenty of water, and start walking!! Just 30-45 minutes 4-5 times a week (a decent pace, not like a world-class runner or a snail either), and you will definitely see the results. And walking is something you can enjoy for the rest of your life.
the plan u have written above is perfect. but few things to remember.
1) Cook your food without any food oil try to use boiled/steamed vegetables, meat, and lot of salad. U can eat fruits too and boiled/steamed chicken or red meat too but no pork.
2) Potato is strictly forbidden during this diet
3) Don’t eat any type of junk food.
4) Drink at least 3 ltr of water daily. Make ur habit to drink water as much as u can
6) use brown bread
7) use skimmed and low fat milk and yogurt
8) no sugar of any type.
9) drink diet pepsi if u like. but just one glass once a day.
10)U can eat vegetable soap too as much as u can but no corn flour in it.
11) if u feel hungry then divide ur diet into 5-6 healthy meals a day (1 plate size only)
12) one bowl of oatmeal can be taken as a break fast
hmmm. I think you should in all honesty ask your parents before getting a piercing. It can get infected and swell and have lots of risks to it. I've had piercings and at times, its not a pretty site. Some piercings if well taken care of can be pretty though discuss it with your parents and make them part of your plan and future. I think its better in the outcome. :)
Losing weight-- lots of things you can do... Exercise, drink more water, eat more veggies/fruit, eat more fiber (helps you poop better and clean out your system- which is extra weight), take vitamins - I usually take Flinstone gummies from walmart and I'm pregnant-and they help me and all my testing comes back. In fact, I'm not gaining much during the pregnancy .. :) hmmmmm... though I was overweight before.. just be motivated. don't give up. Drink skim milk instead of regular. Eat less breaded products: bread, pasta, etc. Eat less carbs or fatning food.. try to limit sodas if you drink them already and drink juice. Try gatorade to keep you hydrated and energetic for exercising, etc. Make goals and check them off and you will feel proud of yourself as you achieve them day by day.. good luck!
I am not saying it is the best diet in the world, but when I was 19 I went on what is now the adkins diet and lost 38 pounds in 8 weeks. Actually I added some decent carbs in pretty quick, and drank diet coke the entire time. Something to research for ya, but it does work. Protein strong.
Your plan sounds pretty good but, don't stress so much about this, hon....
eat a healthy diet and excercise about 30 min/day. Do a form of excercise that you like to do, thats important.
just make it a habit, and the pounds should come off naturally. Don't stress when it doesn't happen as fast as you would like.
Child:
please stop ; this is not letting you lose weight it is just stressing you. Best way to lose weight is to join a tei kwuando Class , meditation will start you, on the right track for a great body, and will teach, you first to accept you::
I have done this for a wile and i eat all i want, and am a size 2 for the past 6yr's.
try to join a class and work at it in a timely fashion, you will lose the weight.
All your doing are building exercises. The exercises that make you weigh more. The JumpRope and running isn't. I prefer stretching first then running for 30 minutes. Lost about 30 pounds in 5 weeks.
