Okay- losing weight should not be the goal- and losing 40 pounds is ridiclous- you would look like a twig. I mean 85 pounds? Thats TINY! Instead of making your goal losing weight, why don't you make your goal to work out more, get healthier, and maybe improve your physique? Girls dig a guy who works out :) if you already work out, maybe push yourself a little bit harder, and if you don't, then get into a regime! you would be surprised how 30-45 minutes a day can really effect how you look- as well as feel about yourself! Working out will not only make you look better, but make you feel better, because while working out your brain releases endorphins that make you feel happy. Its a win-win situation.

Don't be skinnier be more muscle...you'll gain weight but you'll look hotter, and that's not much I'm a girl I weigh 145 and I'm almost 5'7 but I work out a lot so my legs have a lot of muscle-muscle weighs more than fat-and when I tell people they think I'm fat they are like WHAT?! You'RE SKINNY!!!!

strap a parachute to your back and spend 30 minutes skydiving over the volcanoes in tongariro national park new zealand

better to prepare slow to eat foods like hot soups whole fruites etec
if you find yourself at a weight loss plateau up the duration of your exercise routine by five minutes
replace your regular pasta noodles with whole wheat pasta for a more filling meal
