Also, anything too processed or un-natural. Like instead of a pile of cookies, have a bowl of fruit-sure, its got lots of sugar, but calories it takes to break down the fiberous fruit make it better for you.
Only eat food that is 'worth it'. Meaning, if you are going to eat anything, make sure it does something for you; contains fiber, contains water, contains protien, etc.

But seriously-you are talking about up to loosing a pound a day...that is out of control. you could maybe loose 5 or 7 lbs in that time, but why now? Why not all the time? There is no such thing with health, weight loss, life for that matter, where you can have a quick fix. Its not like covering a zit with makeup! This is something that took a long time to put on, you cant just wish it away because you want to be thin all of a sudden.

Go to Fostoria, Ohio and try to catch pics of all 100+ trains that go through that town on a hot day.
Do this for 4 days, Eating 3 square meals and only drinking water. No soda.

Pretty simple,
drink a lot of water, no other liquids(pop juice etc).
Don't eat after 5 pm.
Excercise is pretty important, 20 mins of a workout tape and 10 mins of muscle-building excercises should do the trickk.

One choice- Ice diet= when you want food eat ice. only do this for a week. make sure you eat lunch everyday though. not a big lunch.
Another choice-NO SUGAR OR FATS and 100 sit ups per-day. and go jogging for 20 minutes.
Another choice- 50 Sit ups for whole time before hawii and just eat what you regularly eat.
walk every day a lot but best thing is see your doctor...
if you go on diet without doctors advise it could be dangerous.
to be honest , you should plan it atleast 5 -6 months before, this is slow process you cant do that so fast
