I am 16 years old, 5'6" and 126 lbs.
I eat very healthily (lots of raw fruits and veggies and whole grains at least 8 glasses of water a day), I exercise at least 3 hours a week, and I try to make sure I stretch everyday.
Why do I still weigh so much? How can I lose weight?
Everyone else seems to be skinnier than me...why is this?
Update:Is hula hooping and jumping rope cardiovascular exercise?

Drink lots of water. Water keeps you hydrated and can help fill up your stomach so that you don't overeat. In fact, many people reach for food when, in fact, it's water that their body craves. Additionally, not drinking enough water can actually cause your body to retain water. Keep a bottle of water with you at all times and sip it throughout the day.
