I'm 15 and weigh about 160. I do a lot of excercise, but it hasn't really taken any weight off. I eat 1-2 times a day, and I don't eat much junk food. I'd like to lose 8-10lbs in the next 2-4 weeks, but I don't know where to start. Any ideas? Ty!

Exercise and lots of water. Eat healthy. You can eat 4 to 6 times a day, as long as their small portions and healthy.
There's a diet known as the Dancer's Diet that can have you lose from 5-8 lbs in a week. I have done it and it's the only diet that actually worked for me and made me feel better. The worst thing you can do is weaken/slow down your metabolism by eating only 1-2 x a day so this diet really boosts it by having many small meals. For example, breakfast you'd have a couple pieces of sausage, a small bowl of fruit, and a half glass of milk. A few hours later, drink a bottle of water and take a nutrtion pill (vitamin, metabolism booster, flaxseed or fish oil pill, etc). A little later, have a few boiled egg whites. For lunch, a small salad and lite yogurt. A few hours after that, another bottle of water. Then for a snack before dinner, some hummus w/ pita or a small bowl of almonds. For dinner, some kind of protein (burger w/out bread, etc) and a green steamed vegetable. Then water afterwards and make sure you don't go to bed less then 3 hours after you eat your last meal. Throw in some excercise every day during those 7 days and it really worked for me. By the end of the week, I was getting more hungry, but hey, it's only 7 days! Good luck!
Eat 3 meals a day..i know your thinking..what i should be eating less! But actually just have a small extra meal speeds up your metabolism so that your body can burn the food faster. Eat healthy food and cut out all junk food. If you do really crave chocolate or crisps you can have it but have it once a week not every day. And last tip: Exercise is a key thing to lose weight trying walking/power walking 30-40 mins 4 or 5 times a week! I hope this helps! God bless x

Do step united stateson the steps as this may really help burn fat from round your bum and thighs. attempt to do 500 up + down an afternoon, splitting it into smaller sections. Do sittups, ideally about one hundred an afternoon for you abdomen. eating Tomatoes and different vegetables are large low/no calorie ingredients yet you want some fat on your foodstuff routine. do not crash foodstuff routine and give up eating thoroughly, you want to eat healthily and the wieght coming off will be a lengthy time period influence. Ask for an excersise bike or a bypass coach for your birthday/christmas, those are vast reward. purchase a pedometer and attempt to do 10,000 steps an afternoon, regardless of if its basically around the domicile. For Breakfast: eat Wholemeal toast with low fat spread - or - particular happy with skimmed milk - or - Mushrooms on toast. Snack: One Apple - or - One Plum Lunch: Mushroom Omelette with salad - or - Jacket Potato with baked beans or tuna. Snack: A Banana - or - A Handful Of Grapes Dinner: Mexican Enchilidas (Vegetable) - or - Tuna Steak with salad or vegetables - or - fowl/Mushroom Risotto - or - pink meat Stroganoff
