I used to weigh 110 and my weight was constantly changing between 109-113.The most i ever weighed was 115 and now im 118.I haven't been losing weight like i usually do, i've been staying at 118.How can i get back to 110?I 've been eating the same as i did when i was 110!

how old are you, you could jsut be growing, and hence gainting wieght. but if you are through your growing stage, i would advise a good workout/run for a few hours every day including weekends, if you work...wake up early and run. Stay off the junk for a while and EAT, dont starve yourself, lots of protein and fiber and you'll be on your way.
Drink lots of water and exercise. Do more out of your way stuff such as: instead of using the elevator, walk the stairs. Instead of driving around the block you can walk. If you have a dog take it for more walks. There is all kinds of information of the internet that you can find that will fit your style.
i would try to stay away from candy, chips, coke, ect. and if your stressed then you will crave those things. but if you are not stressed. that asome. i would eat more fruit and vegs and meat that candy and stuff. water can loss wait too so dirk water. if you quit eating your body will go into sviel monde and you will gain more and more. or you could just be growing. but never look down always look up.

Are you a midget? 118 lbs is incredibly thin for an average height person.
drink 10cups of water or at less 8 and go on a semi veg diet.
why dont you try working out?? if you dont like to run, just walk around a track or around your block for about 20 minutes a day. just try it! good luck
