-did you know your stomach is the size of your fist? im serious. so when you eat out try to put your fist over your plate then put the food that doesnt fit in the `fist' put in a to go box.you might think youll starve but eat slow and you might realize you r actually content!
-exercise! i know you are probably thinking 'if i had a nickel for everytime i saw that answer!" but its true you have to exercise! not just exercise you also have to eat right and stick with it! try this ...at first just make a schedule and say that your going to be active 60 min a day and put on that schedule what activity you will do each day. then build up to 70 min then 80 min then 90 etc.
-mind power! you can never quit! just think that. from personal experiances its really hard to start your diet and but once you get in a routine its like clock work!
well i hope this was helpful! remember you CAN do this! i hope you lose the weight!
lose the weight slowly (aim for about 1.5 lbs per week) with a sensible diet and exercise program. Something like Weight Watchers. That is quite a lot to lose so decide that you are going to change your lifestyle not just "go on a diet" and you are more likely to get the weight off and keep it off. Best of luck.
via the appearance of it, you do not likely have 80lbs to lose. you're fairly tall, this skill that the load is unquestionably dispersed. you ought to probable lose some million/2 of that and be chuffed. you do not seem fat, or teddy bear like in any respect.
There is that operation that you can have done on yourself where they staple your stomach closed. I cant remember the name. my aunt had it done and it really worked for her.
