you really cant if you want to take a go at it then i suggest eliminating all unhealthy foods that's basically everything that was made in a factory or a man in a lab coat. you should join a gym and go to the gym at least twice a day get a personal trainer to help you work out they show you how to exercise for maximum fat burn. are you a guy or a girl? because that is also a big factor in this
figure 2lbs of excess BODY FAT [not fluids, muscle or bone] lost per 7 days.
That's the recommended max amt.
Summer ends Sept 21, so, 32 wks x 2 = 64 lbs.
If you'r doing wt training which you sure should be, you'l gain WEIGHT from that from the additional muscle, but not FAT, and that's good.
You'l prob gain bone density which is very good, and that'l add to your WEIGHT, but not to the amt of BODY FAT.
So dont think in terms of WEIGHT lost, but rather excess bod fat;and overall, think of body composition: what %'s of your total bod wt is fat, muscle & bone & fluids [dont try to lose fluid unless medical doc says to--- dangerous.
it's just impossible to lose that much without killing yourself with resisting eating and exercising to the max
Try to just find a normal easy going way, because when you do too much, it ends up backfiring because you just can't be bothered anymore,
but if you make the changes slight and quite reasonable, they'll be more likely to be followed through because they may be easier methods to incorporate into your every day life

Not advisable to do it that fast. You'd have to restrict calories so much that your body would start consuming muscles and organs as well as fat.
