Is there any way that i can lose some fat around my stomach and legs/thighs area (also for cellulite?)? I am 13 years old, 5'8, and weigh 150 pounds. I dont think that im fat at all but i dont want that extra fat and my legs are pretty big (i wear size 7s)...I think thats somewhat normal for my age but Im big boned (im samoan and if you look up samoans youll definitely see that we r VERY big-boned...or just big in general =D ) and I dont want anything extra to make me look larger. I dont consider this a diet, I just want some tips on how to achieve a flat stomach (and actual tips pls nothing like get off the computer and play- please lol) and how to get rid of the cellulite around my legs and lose a pant size or too. First, is good to know that you like the way you are and you do not see yourself as fat. I myself used to weight 230 pounds and went all the way to 160 (I am 5'8) so I know what is like to have a little extra baggage lol. You said it yourself. You do not need a diet or starve yourself to look the way you want, you just have to make a little twist in you diet. Let's say for example, instead of eating fried rice, eat steam rice, instead of drinking soft drinks such as coke or raspberry ice tea (which contain a bunch of empty calories), switch to plain water and if you do not like diet coke (most people do not), there is now Coke Zero or Pepsi Kick (they contain no calories and taste as good as the regular). Also, you can switch dressings such as mayo and ranch to vinager (it does the trick). As for losing a pant size and toning up, there is a catch. As for excercise, people might tell you to run or to work out in order to lose weight but what you really have to do is to choose an activity you like. Yes, you might indeed like to run but if not, you might like to dance or to play basketball, what about swimming? Aerobic classes are an option too. Another possibility is to tell people about joining you in your journey to lose weight, that way you are not alone and can get yourself into a friendly competition to see who can drop a pant size. The possibilities are almost infinity but once more, you have to custumize your activities the way you want and always remember that lose extra weight, does not have to be boring, you put the fun into to it. Of course you have to put effort from your part and there will be times when you will have to skip dessert in order to lose the pant size, that is a no brainer; the less you eat the less you weight. ok i would recommend an ab crunch machine, or (and i don't know the name of this btw) if u go to a gym they should have a "machine" that is basically an adjustable table, u can change the angles on it so u work more against gravity, all u do is set the angle, lay down, lock your feet in position, and start doing sit-ups/crunches.
Prepare your own lunch people who prepare own lunch and eat will lose weight
I would say don't pepsi or anything like it and don't eat any fast food like pizza, burger, etc eat staff like vegetables, salad, and fruits and for the last part just exercise have fun.
to loose weight try to do exercise and maintain the diet and follow some tips to loose weight.you can use some cellulite creams for that.
