How can I lose just 10 lbs?

I'm about 20 years old. I am pretty happy with my weight. Most people would love to be what I weigh, but since I'm under five feet, I feel a little on the heavy side. I would be happy just ten lbs. less, but somehow I just can't take off those lbs. I eat moderately and exercise daily, but nothing changes. Any advice on how to quickly and easily shed those lbs?
