whenever you have the urge to have something sweet, have sugar free gum. it only has 5 calories, raises your metabolism, and burns calories while you are chewing. start eating more healthy and have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, have a piece of fruit if you want a snack. its going to be hard at first but after a while it wont be. try cutting back on sodas. if you want one buy coke 0. no calories :) also try excersizing at least an hour a day. if your not athletic, try going for a walk or hike. you can always gowith friends so you wont get bored, or just take an ipod. best of luck
