It may seem like a contradiction to say that eating more often is the solution to weight loss, but that's exactly what this system is all about. We all know there are different diets and theories, but the main reason which prevents people from losing weight is procrastination. Find one that is best for you and stick with it.

try oatmeal for breakfast. That will keep you full longer. Even if you are on a diet, you still need to keep up with nutrition. Add a cup of skim milk and some fresh fruit like a banana.
For lunch, ONE peanut butter sandwich. Light on the jam since jam has a lot of sugar in it. Stick with 100% whole grain breads. If it just says wheat, you may be getting white bread, caramel colored.
skip the chips!!! Instead choose for cheese snacks like string cheese.
NO BAR. These diet bars are just fooling you that you are going to lose weight.
Just rice for dinner? No, add beans. Beans and rice. You need the protein. Don't forget the veggies.
Remember small portions.
And of course, no regimen is complete without exercise. DO NOT rationalize an extra snack or a larger portion of food after exercising.

just try something healthier in your sandwich, like salad, and cut out the bag of chips. if you're having a bar don't have chocolate, have something healthy; there are heaps of healthy bars that taste nice.

don't deprive yourself of food, because this won't work in the long run.

don't try any diet products, they are unhealthy. Try to mix it up a little bit. if you eat the same things every day your body will get used to it and your metabolism will slow down. Switch off

also try to exercise once a day in fat burning zone.. like walking or elliptical or stationary bike. By keeping in your fat burning zone you will lose weight faster. also drink alot of water because it keeps your metabolism up and try taking a vitamin. i take one a day weight smart advantage.
Ive lost 12 pounds in the first month of doing that.. since then i slowed down cuz ive been slacking off. my goal is also to lose 10 pounds by christmas.. if you work hard you can get there.. and if you want any more meal ideas feel free to email me, i have lots of them (i get bored with food easy and i am very picky so i put alot of thought into it).

walk for one hour a day
go to the gym no chips and work on your biceps for some reason that makes you loase wait quick i lost 11 pounds in two weeks
You might need some fiber in your diet. and lose the chips
to every other day. Also you might not be getting enough exercise.
