Hello, I have a Anime - English Subtitled .mkv that has a video defect on a part of it. I tried to search other Encoders with same episode and unfortunately this episode has only 1 Encoder, except a Raw version one (.mp4 w/ x264 codec). I downloaded the raw but I want to replace the Video Track into this .mkv. Is it possible to perform it? if yes, can you suggest it how? Thank you in advance.

rather than replacing the video, you can just extract the subtitles and force load it on the new video
i know of two ways on how to do this:
1. some players have a "Save Subtitles" option, just save the subtitle file, then drag it on the new video while playing on your media player
2. or, using mkvextract from mkvtoolnix, extract the subtitle file, then drag the file on the video
*some players can autoload a subtitle file to the video as long as it has the same filename as the video and it is in the same directory
but if you want the subtitle to be merged with the video, using mkvmerge from mkvtoolnix, just drag the video file and subtitle file on the input files and merge them into an mkv file
*this can prove to be a little tricky since you need to input the proper settings for the video or the video will go out of sync and/or the video will be cropped
It is probably not possible
