How can I respark my love life?
I have spoken to many girls, I have many female friends, and I feel readier than ever to start a relationship. These girls tell me all the time I'm cute, I'm funny, I'm smart, I'm talented, and I'm a good hearted person. Though every time I try and get close to anyone I feel I can be happy with, I'm rejected and given a reason why they can't date me. I have the attributes, but I don't have the game. Any help on how I can revitalize my love life?

My theory (because it is asked so often why girls seem to choose the bad guys) is that girls often don't feel they deserve a good guy with the attributes you've listed. You need to decide on a girl you really want to be with, and you need to convince her that you really want her and that she deserves you.
