Technically, yes there is ways to find out what was typed, sent, received and viewed. . . Software is costly but well worth it. You just have to install it on the computer(s) you want and thats it. . .

You can check your computer's history by going to tools, internet options.

Look in the history.

search the cookies, check the search history or install a key logger...

do a search for .wmv .mpg .avi

also look in the recycle bin for deleted files
